Warehouse Supervisor

Education and Experience:
- At least a high school graduate, preferably educated in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics.
- Knowledge of the spare parts industry is preferred.

Computer Skills:
- Proficient in warehouse management software (ERP, WMS, etc.) and MS Office programs.
- Experienced in inventory tracking and reporting processes.

Organization and Time Management:
- Ability to plan, organize, and manage warehouse operations.
- Ensure orders are prepared accurately and on time.
- Monitor and coordinate delivery processes.

Physical Fitness:
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
- Capable of physically demanding tasks (such as heavy lifting and warehouse organization).

Attention to Detail:
- Ability to work meticulously in counting, checking, and placing inventory.
- Familiar with quality control processes for incoming and outgoing products.

Communication and Team Management:
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate the warehouse team and manage employee performance.

- Ability to quickly find solutions to issues that may arise during warehouse operations.

Driver's License:
- Forklift license or competency in operating warehouse vehicles (preferred).
